Job security is fine, compare to other companies the shift timings of this company is too good 9am to 6pm, Inside the company cafeteria is there for All employees food is good

Politics, Manager is not a good guy, Don't except good salary here it is very low 18k, company culture nd environment of work is horrible, pressure of this work is to high

Process were good but growing rate very low and TL are quite bossy not friendly....job security is 5 out of 5 but growing as in professionally and financially verry negligible

Work balance, no exception for even technical error in performance. Very low salary increments, you need to wait for a year to get 1 month mobile recharge as a salary increments. Needs to work on national holidays. No national leaves compared to other organizations
