If there is other name to nepotism and biased culture Concentrix is the name. People at mid and higher management have multiple POSH cases registered under them but being biased company still continues with them. Client management is too poor. Client directly attacks and abuses the agent level to satisfy personal grudge. Client runs the hire fire rule to which HR agree. HR is themselves not aware of their policies. Have poor commucation and people skill. A hotel management graduate is made an HR here who just had a heart break with doesn't want to continue further. WFM is polarised. HR says directly if u can not manage your child put him in some crecheè. This is utter inhumane. 4 yrs of your career is lost with no skill development.

Dislikes

Biased and huge nepotism. No career growth or salary hike. Only for ppl whom management love they get all. Rest await. No training is given. Agents don't know how to write mail.

Perhaps, the only thing to like about this organization is the timely pay out. That's all!

...dent from data and statistics available in the form of reports and dashboards. 4) The salary structure is sub-par, as the company continues to slog with 6-working day domestic processes. 5) Most of the manager across different domains have built a cocooned barricade around themselves and their favorite employees. Consequently, talent suffers at the cost of comfort-level and hidden biases of the so called "leaders". 6) Increment is woeful, pandemic or otherwise. 7) The company seems to try and retain miscreants who do not improve and have serious will issues, in order to project an "employee-friendly" image on sites like Ambition Box and Comparably. The next time you see a positive rating on such platforms, you would know where such vociferous support from a fairly domestic call center comes from.

Work culture is not good. Poor hiring and nepotism is inevitable. It's a museum of NPA whom the company tend to carry along for 10 to 12 yrs.They mngt is biased in terms of appraisal. They only promote whom they like even if it means that the person has zero ability to show case the company value. Not one single employee is aware of vision mission or goal of the company. The management do not promote values. HR is not clear of policy and do not support employee issues. WFM teams handling work schedule are biased and juggle with work life balance at their own good joy. Even after highlighting ill practice seniors play deaf and dumb

.... No one cares about deadline. Project and opportunity is for the favoured only. salary is poor with no promises of appraisal. No separate team for handling innovation or automation or Quality where Lean and Six Sigma guidance is available.

What i really like about concentrix is that your job is secured for sure, Concentrix is the only organisation who does not fire people so easily.

...sters sometimes specially those who are the so called protector of this culture. Concentrix should work on Pay scales because here in this company you may get everything but not money. Concentrix is such a big company in this industry and can work on alot of things, but not doing it actually don't know whether the upper leadership not getting the correct picture or what exactly but yeah this is sadly true.

I've worked there for 3 years and that was the worst experience in my career. Management is very poor and salary package is less as well, there's no learning. So much of favoritism by the managers and abusive managers. Long working hours.
