Comviva may not be the best fit for those who prioritize productivity and quality, as processes seem to be implemented merely for show. So, those who value productivity and quality, steer clear. And don't be surprised if the HR says to you that we are offering a management position; just be aware that you may not have as much control or influence as you'd expect because everyone holds a designation like you and you may not know this reality when you get the attractive offer for namesake.

The flexibility and people centricity in the company is very helpful. Compassion is valued over collaboration. Most teams are divided into cilos and work best in pressure.

Very poor salary and benefits. Learning is slow and mostly undone due to high churn of teams.
