Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Companies like these just post fake posts and fake job description over the portals and when it comes to salary negotiation, some guy in higher management would interfere in between and telling that they won't be able to pay as discussed earlier. If they are not capable to pay so then why even they post fake salary brackets in the JD. Pathetic recruitment experience. Guess they are just taking advantage of this COVID situation and hiring people on very less salary below the standard. #fakejobs #fakeJD
