New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

The company is being run as if it's a lala shop. They (departmental heads) are least concerned about your actual job responsibilities. If you are doing your job as per the responsibilities defined for your role over there and following the rules of the company to the T then it doesn't make them happy. They will be happy only when you can do their personal works then the sky is the limit for you and your job is secure too.

Companies like these just post fake posts and fake job description over the portals and when it comes to salary negotiation, some guy in higher management would interfere in between and telling that they won't be able to pay as discussed earlier. If they are not capable to pay so then why even they post fake salary brackets in the JD. Pathetic recruitment experience. Guess they are just taking advantage of this COVID situation and hiring people on very less salary below the standard. #fakejobs #fakeJD
