I worked on contractual role., as I hired on pandamic we never worked in office., So, no comments on company environment,salary hikes,bonus and policies. Overall CTS is good. Some changes still require like cross skills project opportunity for employee. CSR group is very active, appreciate it. Work life balance is good. Also is was great that they generating lot of jobs for freshers. Great contribution to society as well. As compare to other MNC CTS a good one.

I have the following offers and confused to choose one. Exp: 6.8 Java backend dev cognizant - 25 lpa (24 fixed) Epam - 28 fixed Citi - 30 fixed If i ask epam with citi offer they will increase their offer, but my question is that worth negotiating with them?
