I liked working on fixed shift timings and worked from home throughout my tenure at cts, salary hike is good as a senior associate entering cognizant.

Dislikes

When working above expectations it is taken for granted by management. Attrition rate was very high which impacted stability of rest of the employees, management could have made efforts to retain employees.

Pathetic Work culture. We cant take leaves even though having leave balance. You will be marked loss of pay if you are taking an emergency leave. No upskilling, no motivation, no encouragement.

...ll ask you to extend your shifts almost everyday. I was working in night shift. The organisation does not even pay the night shifts properly. I received 0 night shift amount for 3 months and very less amount after that. The team leads will call you on weekends and ask you to work mandatorily. They never approve your leaves and make employees work on almost every national holiday.

Provide good salary package and medical benefits and leave system for US and india holiday leave will provide.

Dislikes

Worst work life balance. People who all are leads and manager doesn't have any knowledge. Force to work on Saturday and to extend all day beyond working time. Target is not fixed based on time and study motion. Overall if joined cognizant for voice in US healthcare will End up with stress pressure. Also not allowing to take government holidays.

They are taking good care of us. Time to time they are providing some fun activities so we can feel relaxed and enjoy our work as well.

Dislikes

My main concern is salary, I feel like salary is quite less and ofcourse career growth is very slow.
