Salary is paid on time

Dislikes

There is a huge difference in how the company operates in India vs other developed nations. Even though there is plenty of learning opportunities there is no career growth. It also depends on which project one is assigned. The policy is either you work whatever is given to you or resign but no one will ever help someone in their career growth. Plus with wfh they will make you work for 12 to 13 hrs in a day. The management is really bad, they don't want anyone to take leaves, 6th 7th days are mandatory, so to sum it up if someone joins a wrong project then their life is going to be hell. The management doesn't let anyone to change project, but free for the associate to resign. No wonder retention is so high here. Tl doesn't approve leave even when someone needs to go to hospital.
