there is a lot of political and the management doesn’t address our issues, salary is decent but career growth is slow

People and atmosphere at office is so good and the bonus offerings Willl be good, as per process the growth is on slow pace and hikes percent must be increased. I enjoyed working for cognizant and vendor being google was too much fun and the food will never go without highlighted .its good being a part of cognizant and vendor (google).

...u are relations with management friendly, politely and how you present yourself. Salary 5 to 12% on yearly basis. Travel company or project provides outing on yearly bais. Full of politics, environment of is good, No innovative. Work life balance is not great for ex if you have good knowledge with low designation extra work will assign it to you rather than your senior even team leaders does not take responsibility and moreover in the absence of others their tasks given to you .

Since we working from last 3years it's good journey but compare to our salary its very poor as am Senior executive we are taking monthly 26k along with Night shift allowances. Is it enough to lead our life? Atlast bank will never come to give any personal loan because our salary. Unsatisfied Salary 😌
