1. Salary Structure (Not appropriate as per Experiance) 2. Shift Bonus not as commited 3. Apprisal too lenthey 4. HR policies change as convinent to HR only not employee oriented. 5. Managers wants out of the box work and employeea ask for remuneration then they show HR policies. 6. Mejor issue Transportation. If management required work from office they should arrange two way transport facility to employees.

Wipro stands out in the crowd for its name and reputation built over significant period of time with its client centricity, Transperency and contribution to the society. However, we cannot generalize anything for a gigantic organisation like this, the limited time I have been to this organization I have been fortunate enough to get this in my projects. Also, I should also mention Wipro helps new joinees to become a professional and reach new heights by upgrading themselves.

...pabilities. Although, I feel this might be the case with every odd organization. However, the compensation structure is way below the competition and I have seen people regret only about this.

Overall it was a good exp i really love come for work everyday with good energy the culture i just loved it the only negative thing about wipro is you don't get growth in term of money

The only negative thing about wipro is it doesn't have good hike in salaries people don't get salary benefit.

Not enough compensation, strict work from home policies, work life balance going off, too much manual work. Need for automation
