I worked on contractual role., as I hired on pandamic we never worked in office., So, no comments on company environment,salary hikes,bonus and policies. For us there will be minimal job security as we're not hired for full-time. Good experience working with the team., Appreciating the support from the management and team members.

Work culture and management is good and they are also providing a lot of stuffs to learn this can help our carrer more improved.

No dislikes but salary package is bit low for arts and science candidates. It can be improved for good.

Overall CTS is good. Some changes still require like cross skills project opportunity for employee. CSR group is very active, appreciate it. Work life balance is good. Also is was great that they generating lot of jobs for freshers. Great contribution to society as well. As compare to other MNC CTS a good one.

Salary is less as compare to market. Less promotions. Transport services need to provide to employees. They should start with ESPP services.

Annual salary hike is not that great. Not many offices in tier-2 cities. Higher leadership frequent changes. 10 hour stay at office between punch-in & out No earned leave accumulation beyond 1 year
