...rn everything. Leadership is passionate of new technology and client centricity. Pays competitive salary benefits may not be high at times but sustainable for long, rewarding association. Will recommend people to experience Cognizant.

Dislikes

If you remain too good on a domain, likely you will get trapped into it and not allowed to learn horizontal skills. So keeping a balance and relationship to horizontal people are important in any large project centric organization.

...nsfer, incentives etc. Where employee will claims money for their official work. Only leadership people are enjoying their life with greater salary package and their earnings. Current CEO is taking more pkg but gives very poor hike to employee like 1-2%. Market is poor for junior level employee but leadership are enjoying.

Work culture is great. There is lot of effort & importance given to training & reskilling.

Dislikes

Pay package is not the best but ifs OK. Even after honestly working with your best efforts & good ratings, you will not get promotion unless you really push for it.
