Work-life balance is terrible in the project I worked in. Had to work for over 14 hrs each day for months, with no concrete action plan from management to reduce work load.

Entire organization is heavily ruled by lobbyists. Salary and grade offered by paranoid HR people will make you dejected. 90% projects are maintenance with night shifts and odd working hours and inhuman managers will ask for slogging. In Kolkata they have office in Bantala in leather complex which is as good as saja-e-kalapaani.

Dislikes

Bantala office. Horrible work environment.

...b, ready to get humiliated when work is not done( it may happen, we are human) - Pay package is not up to the market & growth is very very slow. Need to be in part of senior office politics lobby/group than performance is not important for everyone. -

Hi everyone, I have 3.6 years of IT experience and currently work at a service-based company in Pune. My current CTC is 14 LPA (13.5 LPA fixed).
