...remely poor (in single digits). Maximum you can get is 10% (their benchmark). On top of it, they took a chunk of our own salary post the transition and declared it as variable pay which we use to get on quarterly basis (until last quarter) and now they made another policy change to increase the payouts of variable pay from after a quarter to 4 months! It’s close to beginning of July; we have had our performance discussions, yet there’s not even a single update on when the appraisals would happen. The pressure from top management is incredibly hard on the delivery to help them make margins yet you get peanuts on the name of appraisals. They also introduced a project Quantum to digitalize the entire Wipro manpower and their efforts/costing etc. While the intent behind it may have been to solve our lives and minimize our efforts, it’s the opposite that has happened along with stretched hours and honestly, don’t see that going away anytime soom.

Dislikes

You don’t get heard. The quality of people that they are getting has degraded drastically because the compensation Wipro offers, is not at all in competition to market levels. It does makes sense to say that they are more inclined towards getting new business and simply filling the heads to make sure their employee count helps them justify to clients that they have ‘people’ to start the work. Quality? You would understand what I am talking about.

The people here are good and helpful in nature. Ethically strong Company. Work flexibility is there plus the Company provides good opportunities and responsibilities with trust to even freshers and junior employees.

Dislikes

...sn't do market correction unless and until you decide to leave the Organisation. Whereas Company is okay to pay higher salary for external hires. Appraisal and Promotion is below market average.

...untability or planning, too much bureaucracy and unsupportive mid sr management. Variable pay might not be given at all due to various reasons out of your control.

Flexible work culture, opportunities to grow and excel in different areas, learning at each and every step and cooperative team members and managers

I believe compensation is little less and less flexibility to negotiate
