Very good work life balance . Working environment is too good and you can learn in various fields because of company's tie up with online edu tech platforms.

The salary is not very competitive and the reimbursement is a hassle. Most of the time company would want you to take risk .

Management and promotions are based on favaourism and very poor in salary hike and mainly without discussion with employees management gives us performance rating and apart from work there is no other activity today like no outings team lunch and other fun activities

Nothing, meets zero expectations. Made work like hell even during my maternity journey 24 hrs and with pretty worst monetary benefit. There was no work life balance and also I was forced to resign with no other option saying you cannot continue with your old role or team a month back when I was just about to join after ML.

Poor work-life balance, no salary hike, no benefits, no proper ratings, general shift has no timings it is round the clock.

I like working in Cognizant, I won’t say this is best place to work, but if you are looking for settle or tired of weird culture or any issue. This company is better then those.

...ule, you have do everything that your manager says, to manager and get progress. Variable and Bonus get cut down to 20-30% only. Even if you perform the best.
