...other hand seems a little lower compared to other companies that are hiring now. Many of my friends are getting higher packages for similar roles. Learning opportunities are very good. Management is also helpful till this point.

I think work balance is quite good . Work culture is a bit mixed bag for me . Management is supportive to some extent . Job security is there and there are ample learning opportunities on offer .

Training program in cognizant is really nice. They also try to locate associates according to their preferences. Career growth is good. Cognizant culture is very nice. Work life balanve is good.

Dislikes

Relocation process is not good in Cognizant. Salary structure is not good. You will get lower amount in hand from your overall paclage. Politics is there specially at the time of appraisal that is not good.

It's a wonderful journey that given me the opportunity to enhance my expertise on the my core Network R&S platform. By keeping on progressive mindset & building on latest SDWAN and other cloud platforms as I feel still learning on learning phase, meeting on client expectations.
