...cent pakage, company is great for cultural, yes favouritism is there as usual, You can't work for long time because of cost cutting they're hire fresher and retain only few tenure associated who will get promoted next, menas everyone have to move on after sometime. And depending on the project. For corporate you can more but there you will not get too much exposure.

Proper learning n development, Leave policies, nsa amount should be more.

...Role. I have seen Associate , SA are earning more than Manager. With less YOE. they joined many associate and SA with huge salary package during covid.. which is really unjustified.

Teammates are very supportive and it makes your day to day work easier. Every year they provide average salary hike & bonus.

Dislikes

Tonnes of politics, if you can do buttering then they will promote you and if you are someone who don't like these buttering stuff then it doesn't matter how hard you try they will figure out a way to hold your promotion or growth.

It was great environment learning skill was good management was also good and supportive company terms and policies was up to level mark. It was quite good experience in that company for further future I would like to work again in this company.

I don't think so it was bad impression in working in that company . Honestly I would like to share that salary package was not good .
