Not strict office timing, hybrid model is good. People here are good in my project.

No salary hike, no promotion. Not good personal growth. Feels like when you got good opportunity and leave for better life.

I have had the opportunity to work with clients, and I appreciate the client positive environment. which makes the work experience enjoyable. However, I feel that there isn’t anything particularly unique about the company itself.

Dislikes

I appreciate my time at the company and the collaborative environment we have. However, I would like to express that the lack of promotions and salary increases has been a concern for me. It can be discouraging when hard work doesn't seem to be recognized through career advancement or financial rewards. I believe that addressing these aspects could greatly enhance employee satisfaction and motivation.

Company culture was very good. Senior management was also good.

...security, suddenly one day you will know that now your not part of your project. Salary and other benefits are very less as compared to other it company.

Apparently employees are not getting hikes and promotions because the CEO needs 170cr salary. The managers and HRs will never listen to you. My manager has not even once tried to contact me. Projects are so bad. Only support work.

Good company for a mediocre to break with. Will train you in a good technology while giving the fixed salary amount for the Programmer Analyst Trainee.

Dislikes

Training period is too long, you will not get any project in 8-9 months, in some cases more than a year, but is a good company to start your career if you are a very basic developer.
