...ebration of birthday and cultural day. Management interfere in personal matters. Team lead and manager says that will pay if we work extra time but we cant trust them because they fool us. No any team lead and manager are on same page.

It's a great experience for me, compensation and growth is also good as compare to other organizations. Even work pressure is also low, sometimes it get high in crunchy situation but in general you can balance your personal and professional life.

There in nothing to say about dislike but the one thing I didn't like personally was working on Saturday.
