Management will not care about your problems. Salary is low compared to competitors. They'll change your project at September and for year end rating they'll simply say we haven't got chance to fully understand your capabilities as you've recently joined in the project. Every year this loop continues. No matter how hard you work or how many appreciations you get from client. "The more number of days you're in the same LOB, the more rating you'll get." (This is the excuse I've got when I questioned about the rating, despite having multiple client appreciations). This demotivates for sure!

... HRs will contact employee and putting pressure on employe to forcefully resign. But they give 5 months full salary for the employees. After resignation

1. Skill development 2. Work life balance (depends on project & manager) 3. Hybrid model (only for those who are allocated to project if the project wants hybrid otherwise typical 5 day work)

Dislikes

1. Carrer growth🤧 2. Salary hikes ( 4 percent for 5 ⭐ 😮‍💨) 3. Less projects for freshers. Most of the freshers will be on bench or be non billable without work for more than 1.5 years. Then force them to give up if they are still not billable😴. 4. Relocation: This is one the worst thing in the company, If you are working in your desired city it's good. But, most of the times you may have ODC in your city but still they call you/force you to relocate to CHENNAI otherwise you should put the papers, which is one of the worst cities in India to live with respect to language, weather, food, pgs/flats availability, which is subjected to cyclones every year and you will struck in the middle.

Can even this text can't be enough to say what the company is. No hike for this cycle how bad a company can make this CEO is getting the highest package and the company is still on the same scale since last year..

Managers making work culture very toxic.They don't pay any heed to employees concerns.when you try talk in logical manner they will threaten you.Lot of partiality
