...nuses and no extra benefits apart from a health insurance coverage of 2.5 lakhs. There’s no annual salary increase, and if they do provide one, it will be a minimal raise of just 500 rupees per month every two years.

Nothing! Management is poor! Worked for Google project “Zelus” said it would be a cloud based project but when my joining started it was a customer service based job! How can you lie on the job description? One of the worst company I have worked with ! Would recommend not to join this shi!!y org!

Poor management, no proper timings, management makes you work extra, no pay out for that extra work, behavioral issues with management! Seems like you do not work for the company but for them “managers” one of the worst lead called “Naresh” micro manages everything and yet you will be hospitalised for taking pressure as he will make you work by pin pointing your mistakes! Who ever is reading this, I would suggest yall do not go for it!

there is nothing to like about cognizant .its a horrible place to work.

Dislikes

it is exploitation. they treat u as labours. pay less than daily wage workers. make u work for 13 to 15 hours a day. no leaves ..no week offs .. every week end is a ED ( extra day)..literally no week offs .. forced OTs ... don't choose cognizant if u are not ready for this .....Work life balance is negative.
