Work life balance is good. Salary and compensation are also decent.

Career growth is slow. Scope of learning is also not upto the mark. Attiration rate is also quite high recently. Job security is also a big question.

Leave policy is quite bad, the people who are really engaged with their project don't take leaves at all. This is not carried forward or encashed which is quite disappointing to see.

Company culture is good at very high level .. that’s why it’s make big numbers every year. Teammates are good. Career growth options are there but it depends upon the time devotion which can cause work life balance. Job security is there if you are an average resource .

...associate level promotions are also hard now a days .it take almost 9-10 years . Salary is also not that good .. for people at on-site , health insurance in India is given for base cover . That is also very low .promotion at on-site is also rare .

1.If you are a person who like an easy going life, you can choose Cognizant But BEAWARE there is no job security. 2. You can get lot of appreciation/support from your Team mates on your day to day work.

Dislikes

Job Security: A Big "NO" For Job security,Especially for Lateral hires. Initially Cognizant Hires Laterals with Good package,but when time move on they will not provided with enough hike/Promotions to put them in a position to voluntarily resignation else 4th Bucket were given to them and They will be fired.
