Apparently employees are not getting hikes and promotions because the CEO needs 170cr salary. The managers and HRs will never listen to you. My manager has not even once tried to contact me. Projects are so bad. Only support work.

...O everything is CTS downfall started. Earlier we used to get hike twice a year. Now weā€™re working on same salary since last 1.5 years. Earlier we used to get minimum 7-8% hike in every appraisal. Now after 1.5 years we got only 3% hike in which top performers got 4.5% hikes. Ravi literally made CTS a joke. No Diwali gifts now. No free food in office. No cultural events celebrations.

For Freshers: Low Pay, No relocation assistance, No perks and benefits, No Transparency in project allocation, no option to choose technology of choice for training. Generally Speaking: The standard working hours are 9 hours (excluding the lunch break), which already is more than the industry but even then you are expected to work 14+ hours a day in name of "flexibility". I worked 9:00 AM to 10:30PM for 3 continuous weeks. The Europe/UK offices dont work a second over 8 hours but Indians are expected to work more with less compensation. Supposed to be working in Indian time and be available in US time too.
