...u need to serve 90 days notice period which is really annoying for an associate. If you buyout, you need to pay the Basic +HRA which could cost you 40k+. Do not join #Cognizant. Join company with better policies.

As per salary consern it's not good..I got promoted to senior process excutive and I didn't get salary hike as per my expectations..it's feel me very desperate

...security, suddenly one day you will know that now your not part of your project. Salary and other benefits are very less as compared to other it company.

Worst company, hell lot of discrimination between India and Manila. Management is worst and just care about how to loot money from client and warm their own pockets. No work life balance, worst of its kind.

Everything nothing good, they don't give you salary as what you do, no holiday, you need to work in india holiday and you need to work in US holiday as well. Management only do back hitching here. Don't ever join team under any philippians specially Joy Mendoza she is worst of her kind.
