No hike, no job security, no skill development, no easy transportation.even if you learn new technologies they will ask for experience and make you work in technology which you already know.if you do "jing jack" you will get everything else you will be cornered and make you to think resigning is best than staying there

...curity. Silent layoffs are done in a disrespectful way including good employees. Very low salary for employees. And mainly doesn't settles your remaining amount after your resignation.

1)Work Life balance is slightly at the better end 2) access to learning sites like udemy to go through any course to learn 3)mostly Hybrid at present and in some projects WFH is still there 4)People are very professional overall.

1) Limited salary hikes 2)Delayed promotions 3)Mostly support based projects 4)In hybrid model no dedicated ODC, which makes it difficult to get seats as there are limited availability 5)Need to be very much exceptional to get rewards or recognition and one might often feel underappreciated and thankless. 6)Under health insurance scheme there is no coverage for domiciliary expenses. 7)Sometimes one might need to follow up multiple time regarding allowances even if the required steps are initiated from the project.

The work is so pathetic that if you are smart and know how to play with the managers you can easily cut it down to 2-3 hours a day max.

...er level compared to my experience level and I still think its very low level. The salary is also pathetic and if you are a slacker or a lateral hire with less than 2 years at cognizant its okay to work at. Other than that just leave it and aim higher.

Dislikes

It's a service based company like other WITCHA companies. Every thing will depend on the type of project you get and your manager. 10 hour shift which was introduced during covid because everyone was working from home is still going on Might get stagnated after few years.
