Learning portals are good. You can skill up yourself in niche skills. Salary is competitive.

Work culture is terrible. Too much of micromanagement and bossy behaviour shown by seniors. Calls are not scheduled and goes for 2+ hours sometimes which is a waste of time and energy.

Not enough salary, Even though you're good enough if you don't allocated into project, in the bench they'll treat you like a prisoner, no benefits whatsoever even when you're in bench or in project

The leads and coworkers are all very nice and helpful. The work is decent (but depends on your project and client). There are nice skill trainings and domain change opportunities .

Dislikes

The salary could be better . It is somewhere in the middle or upper-middle amongst the MNC service based companies. Work life balance depends on your project (and your project state , during the project release time there will be a lot of work). Some projects have very good work life balance and some have very poor balance

Simple and awesome, we get billing on projects for longer time due to which we get good visibility for our work. People are very helpful, good work-life balance except for critical project deadlines.

Dislikes

Salary and perks are very less in the market, IT Support services could’ve been better. We’ve to go through a process of raising tickets even to get simple hardware replacement. Apart from these I don’t find any negatives.

...d wave and get payed medical leave of 21 working days. They sent me dry fruites. Salary also normalize most of the employe when I was working with cts. I am also get increment letter 2(hike + normalization) times in a year.

Assigned to old tech stack project sometimes.
