No salary issues and if you get proper project and colleague your are good to go. Every 6 months there is a skill up process you can utilise to improve your self.

Dislikes

PM not having technical knowledge and worst experience in support project . Talent management team not having proper tacking they didn't care about your skills match with your project. Hike is also low always 3 ratings for support projects. There is no straight point of contact to enquire anything. Cognizant not tracking if you are extending time in your client projects it's depends on your project and higher level.

They pay well as compared to competition for freshers. Hikes are better . But lately cognizant also choosing the path of other MNC

Yearly hikes . Concentrated work . You'll working in one tool that's it no growth

Good Organization to join as a fresher. Will get good pay and Career start if you are assigned in a good project. Have job security with good appraisals and promotions.

Lack in Skill development and Work life balance is effected.

There is different salary slab for arts and engineering student. Though they do the same work but not provided with the same salary. No matter what the degree is, everything is going to be new and same for freshers. So both should be equally treated

Good work environment, compare to other companies better job security, perfect training, we can learn more technology.

Incentive percent is not good last 3 years, bsc and BCA employees are treated in different categories, less salary.
