Salary difference between associates who work well and who don't work was very less which leaves associates who work with an disappointment.

Really a good place to learn and grow. Well balanced work-life.

Rating will be revealed on Jan month but salary will be revised on July month and get it on Aug 1st which almost half cycle completion of current year.

...izant is a very great organization and each employer is treated as family here.. The compensation which we get for our work is very satisfactory. Work culture is very good and the company strictly follows ethics and always ensure safety of each employee.

Dislikes

The only thing which is little upsetting is that our role is fixed and it's difficult to get opportunities in the area where we are truely interested in. If this one thing gets fixed my company will be definitely top 1 in all aspects

Ive mostly worked in client premises so cannot comment on Cognizant work culture but have a positive outlook towards work culture same like other MNC's.

Limited SAP Projects. 9 hours working hours. Pay is average.

Nothing any... full of politics, rude and unfriendly managers who just think I'm at the top of hierarchy and I can do anything

Leadership team decision to delay promotion and salary hikes whenever there is bad market situation so be it Covid-19 pandemic or US presidential elections 2016 they just panicked out of sudden and act unethically against the employees to fire them out of the job by deliberately and unethically penalizing them with the lowest rating in the year end appraisal process. Later the situation proves not an issue in terms of company still earning fat profits/revenues with only employee got affected.
