Cognizant is a great place to work- For a fresher its a nice place for learning in the starting stage. You will be having cab facility and cafeteria. Work culture is good and a friendly place.

I would say dislike is compensation. I have been working here for 11 years but still I do not reach 8LPA. As per manager or HR confirmation I should be relieved and re-join in this company, so that I can get above 10 LPA.

I work in cognizant for 2+ yrs and my only concern is about the pay slab they fix for freshers is too low compared to market slab. And you have to wait for 1.8 yrs for promotion. Apart from that cognizant is the best place to work and you can gain lot of process knowledge.

Good work environment. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. company policies are good

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Less salary and career growth is slow too.
