Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.

Deserving candidate doesn't get recognise in team, people with good rapport are preferred over people who actually work. But not all the time.

As a fresher, my experience with CTS will always be cherished. To grow you always have to be willing to learn new things and explore new horizons. There's constant mentoring and support from team mates to groom yourself.

Dislikes

Only thing I'm concerned about is, some projects has high hierarchy system for promotions and compensation raise.

PROS: Salary will be credited up to date. Good atmoshpere big buildings. Nyc cafeteria. Big organization CONS: Apart from pros remaining all can comes under cons. One sentence: "IF WE HAVE LUCK THEN WILL DEPLOYED IN TO CHILL PROJECT ELSE WE WORK FOR 12 HRS PER DAY"

It's a wonderful journey that given me the opportunity to enhance my expertise on the my core Network R&S platform. By keeping on progressive mindset & building on latest SDWAN and other cloud platforms as I feel still learning on learning phase, meeting on client expectations.

Slow growth and salary hike preferably.
