Work Culture is good and Salary Best in Industry and career growth is very good and work satisfaction I am getting excellent.

Appraisal is very good I got 4 times appraisal in a year Cogent is a right place to work if your going to join cogent, that's for sure you are not going to regret your decision.

Small company trying to be a biggie however they're not playing it right but investing just to petty office politics. Also this company has a bad reputation/black listed of sorts. Better to stay away

Gaslighting Manager and Assistant Manager distort or deny facts and undermine confidence of subordinates. Shaming Manager and Assistant Manager use shaming and humiliation as feedback. Misrepresentation of Skills Manager and Assistant Manager distort employee statements and claim the employee lacks technical skills and proficiency in English. Non-Compliance Declarations Manager and Assistant Manager declare proposals non-compliant despite employee initiative to actively resolve errors. Lack of Proportional Feedback Singular feedback points are emphasized to create an exaggerated impression of employee non-performance.

Almost everything.. though there is always scope of improvement but I didn't find any major loopholes..

I would say sometimes very tight schedule because of sudden work pressure but yes it was manageable
