...nd now it's 1st of November. Imagine!! I almost served more then 50days for FNF And I still haven't received my salary, when I try reaching them through email or call, no one is there to respond, this is my experience with company, Cogenthub. ONE OF THE WORST COMPANY HORRENDOUS!!

...anteen is smaller than a bathroom and you will fall sick because of the hygeine. They never gave salary on time. This happens when you dont understand the need of money and the reason why people are working here. Manager when called, instead of solving problem, states that he enjoys the "overflow of emotions". This is how they work. TL will hold grudge inside.Pity. Sick experience. TL sneaks up on employees just like a teacher of 5th grade. This is not how corporate works out guys.

Wait for few days if you have to and look for a good company. Whats the use of working if you wont get salary. Transport sucks. 7 seater cabs are filled with 10 people just to save money. Really, after making the employees work for 9 hrs you cant even get them a seat in the cabs and you have come to do business. Thunder strike you guys down. Horrendous exp.

...e environment will make you will low. No proper canteen. Unhygienic environment. Salary cycle is 7th of every month which is terrible. No proper process training given by reporting manager. I advise everyone not to join the company. Company will give you moderate salary but you still unsatisfied due to toxic environment. These are the reasons I resigned from this company.

My company has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts. Lot of employee friendly policies and initiatives from HR department. Many cultural events are organised by HR and celebrated properly by employees.

Dislikes

Nothing. The pay is low and I could be making more money elsewhere. But… I stay because I truly love and respect my bosses. Their kind is hard to find. And they dont force or pressure me to kill myself on the job.

The b2b survey process was amazing , and the office timming But the one thing is , when peoples are going for hit the floor, from that time cogenthub gives those 6week for raise the capability. And also people's got 4 to 5 days training process.
