There is no work-life balance in this company, the managers just ask you to work on your week-offs. They're always boasting about the promotions which only happens when there is a shortage in their staff, and when they do give promotions, it's only for the bootlickers. I've known a lot of colleagues there that have shown exceptional skills and deserve to get a promotion but they never got it. The company culture is so toxic that I've seen 3 managers leave this job in a total span of 1 year. By the way, the job description of this "Customer Satisfaction" company says upselling but this job is ONLY focussed on sales.

Salary hike and policies was not good enough they have to work on that . There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

...this company n I don't like anything in this company. This company is very bad. Company does not pay the payment to executive whearas the executive does whole months his work n attendance is complete...n all over India all companies pay the payment in first week of month n this company pay after half month later

...our but one thing is very good for salary , salary has come at the correct time. No salary issue.
