The only thing is Managers should make use of every individual employee's knowledge and strength. There is generally a biased mind that certain tasks can be done only by a specific employee. So the same person gets more opportunity and others don't. Hence the employee who doesn't get opportunity gets demotivated.

I recently had an interview with coforge and cleared first round, after my second round, only after I asked update, I got email from coforge portal page to upload BCG and fill personal information and status is shown as screening, from then, no response from HR for my calls or emails, no confirmation if it's positive, reject or on hold.
