...tion. Any concerns we can go directly and talk to the HR or higher officials. Compensation can be increased. The only thing is Managers should make use of every individual employee's knowledge and strength. There is generally a biased mind that certain tasks can be done only by a specific employee. So the same person gets more opportunity and others don't. Hence the employee who doesn't get opportunity gets demotivated.

... is was good. Coligues were supportive and helpful, again depends on your team. Initial pay(when you join) will be good compared to other services based companies.

Dislikes

There are too many things, I'll just point out few. Organization just cares about your billing to client and doesn't even care if you exist or not. No hikes after you join, only band 1 (excellent performer) resources would get it that to not too much it would be 3 to 4 percent. You never get a reply on your queries from higher management. Only mail you will get from then is when you doing fill time sheet as it's directly effects it's billing. Projects are too volatile any time project may get shut due to client funding issue. Job security is also not that much as you will be asked to resign if you are on bench for long time. Overall I don't recommend this company keep it as your last option.

# Biased management # Resources utility too much poor. # No further carrier oppertunity # Language, religion, cast culture is available though company have strict policy on that but thay have that much of power, no one can complaint or protest. Etc. Etc.
