Dislikes

Senior management culture is very poor. They are busy with their promotions and own business. If required they will push all blame to junior to play safe side game. You will get good words but not increment. Never you will get opportunity. Just for eyewash they will give you unproductive trainings but you will never get any opportunity. Lot… lot… lot..of things dislike

All employee-friendly policies have been rescinded. The annual salary increase cycle has been revised, and employees were informed three months into the current cycle. There will be no retroactive pay for the months of April, May, and June. It is also uncertain whether the majority of employees will receive a salary increase.

Ready to take skilled employees for any cost, so you get in with a very good pay. Management circle is small, your work will be visible even if you just reach to TL level and team members also recognised and awarded. Recent attraction is they gifting an iPad to all the employees since they have crossed 1 Billion revenue mark.
