Salary on time, Every last working day of month you will receive your salary. As I have joined retainer don't have touch with company all the time spend in Client site.

After working more then 4 yrs in this company as Retainer after client contract ended, Coforge not taken me onroll which let me to search job again.

There is nothing to like in NIIT. Only salary come on time. They hired & place at client location mostlY.Else send to Noida HQ, which is horrible area. Lot of training available on portal, but at client location w't able to do it. As a retainer not able 4 appraisal. There r lot of guy's on bench in HQ. Even there HR sitting at mumbai location dt know company rules.dey always has 1 ans..Let us check with HQ.

Senior management culture is very poor. They are busy with their promotions and own business. If required they will push all blame to junior to play safe side game. You will get good words but not increment. Never you will get opportunity. Just for eyewash they will give you unproductive trainings but you will never get any opportunity. Lot… lot… lot..of things dislike

Likes

Ready to take skilled employees for any cost, so you get in with a very good pay. Management circle is small, your work will be visible even if you just reach to TL level and team members also recognised and awarded. Recent attraction is they gifting an iPad to all the employees since they have crossed 1 Billion revenue mark.

Dislikes

As in every service based IT, variable pay and appraisal hike, can’t expect it to make a difference in your income. If you’re not speaking Hindi, chances are there it will be notified to you.

They will hire you with good package after 4 months they will just call you and say project got wrap up. And for same position they will hire other person on less package. Worst organization and their clients are also Worst.
