Salary hike- worst, if you're staying too long(even an A+ will not ensure a good salary hike). - Underpaid - Mediclaim policies are disaster, don't opt for it, else you wont be able to opt out(no option to do so unless you leave the company ). Many cons related to management. Only one word can define that- pathetic!

I will state the points why I am happy to finally leave this company. 1- I have been working in this company since 4 and half years this company payed me way below from the market standards. 2-Management don't have any idea about technical work they will hire unskilled resources for cheap instead of increasing the salary of skilled employee. 3- In some projects development team is so bad and if you are in testing profile it becomes so hectic to deal with them. 4- When you are in resignation period they have the policy of no appraisal and also they don't pay variable compensation as well this company will cut on everything possible if you resign.

Coforge offer on hold

I recently had an interview with coforge and cleared first round, after my second round, only after I asked update, I got email from coforge portal page to upload BCG and fill personal information and status is shown as screening, from then, no response from HR for my calls or emails, no confirmation if it's positive, reject or on hold. Can anyone let me know what's going on, is it on hold ? Did anyone had gone through this same situation?
