...t- worst(even if your manager appreciates you, they will not give promotions)! Salary hike- worst, if you're staying too long(even an A+ will not ensure a good salary hike). - Underpaid - Mediclaim policies are disaster, don't opt for it, else you wont be able to opt out(no option to do so unless you leave the company ). Many cons related to management. Only one word can define that- pathetic!

After joining even you are a good performer in your team they can't give good hike Bit politics but that can be ignore as it's a trend on almost every company.

Job security is the one which I liked about Coforge and One of the best infrastructure of IT company.

Growth and compensation both are slow here I think Salary and appraisal should be awarded to the hard working employees

... is good. Infrastructure is good. Cafeterias are clean and provide good food. Never delayed in salary.

Felt discriminated, I with few others were not given shift allowances while the rest of team get it. The reason was never clear. There is bond of 3.5 years( 6months training + 3yrs bond) which considerably too much.
