No work life balance , No promotions , Too many penalties which takes major percentage of ur salary , soo many technical glitches , delayed salaries , unprofessional managers .
1. Give salary on time. Giving after 15th of every month is not acceptable.
2. Penalty is 500, but pay scale is only 250, are you educated enough to understand this economics.
3. No promotion. At the time of interview they will promise that if you reach minimum hrs your pay scale will revise but trust me they will give faltu reasons to not increase your salary.
4. Expecting to work 24 hrs. They will call you at any time of the day and night.
5. Over hiring.
6. No skill development, this is the worst company that ask money for upskilling. You are really dumb.
7. They think we are living in usa where electricity is up 24 hrs. Mr dumb understand we are in India sometime relieve un- necessary penalties.
8. Trust you will regret working with them. It's a trap. Remember Abdul Kalam said to be not serious with any job.
9. This company ceo is not futuristic and his company will only be left with bad brains like Byjus.
10. Try to be original don't give example of other companies. Other companies has lots of good policies why don't you copy that also.
Regret to join such a bad company.
Salary will be never on time with unwanted deduction.....these deduction will never be resolved.
Company is working on old age theory of government work culture where your problems are ignored.
Salary is not given in single amount instead they divide it in different installment.
Stop following other companies blindly. Stop taking irrelevant money from mentor in the name of training. Good companies provide free training for upskilling unlike you people who are snatching irrelevant money.
Lot of bugs in your own platform.
Allow mentors some freedom of expression.
There's nothing to like about this company. The whole system is pretty messed up . at first they pay you good to make you stay and then they start putting lop's out of nowhere. Even if they tell you at the time of onboard that they provide wfh but when you ask for it at the Tim of emergency they behave as if you're asking for their kidneys so I wouldn't recommend anyone to work at Codeyoung
