Dislikes
No work life balance , No promotions , Too many penalties which takes major percentage of ur salary , soo many technical glitches , delayed salaries , unprofessional managers .

nothing , this is such a crap company ,too much politics involved, if you can roll around your mentor manager and other managers then only you will be treated like a normal employee otherwise there is no one to listen your discrepencies, tickets get resolved in like 8 9 days which should be resolved in 2 3 days , there is too much shortage of management employees, i dont know why they are not hiring more people for operations department but filling people substantially in sales department, and these upselling and all is so irritating like why do you want to convert your mentors into sales people , why do you want them to go ahead and ask parent to refer and enroll in other courses and that too with incentive which is worth 200 , 300 i mean really???they keep on rolling emails of upselling again and again atleast you should ask mentors if they are ready to do this upselling thing for you then only involve those who are ready...Read More

i can write literally on book on this lol ! so lets start from management , its not at all effective , so much miscommunication between their own employees , they dont treat mentors well anytime, no one knows here which team is doing which work, who is resolving tickets, no idea they take 8 9 days to respond, chat support people areso unprofessional they keep your chat open and respond after 5 6 minutes of reading , i mean you are chat support person, chat means you see msg you type , reply and even they roll a voice of mentor form which is never read and you never get to see any action on your problem, plus non productive meetings keep on helding but salary discrepency will be discussed after salary day , wow also mentors who give their day and night here and take 250 plus classes a month which means 8 plus hours every day without fail, and are not even given 1 percent increment , they have put super certified mentor and things but these badges are not assigned to you even if you fulfil eligible requirements , they offer such offers like quality dpt has an opening and you will b given 2- 4 k rs,greatttttt and like interview taking task which gives 150 per interview what the hell ? also they quickly make mentors ask for apology even in public groups for their own employees who work in office with them,also people here keeps blaming you as mentor when any parents get angry over company's rules and management but management will call you and tell u that you will be penalised, this company has a lot to be improved and discussed on and anyone who speaks up is one they will treat like boycotting, no one is happy here inside but only in meetings because of their family and salary, they have to say this in meetings that they like it but if you ask them personally they are so mad on everything , also pay structure and penalty structure is so poor that for a class you are given 250 on averge but if you dont join someday a class penalty is 500 , there is penalty for everything even if you enter 3 minutes late in class , 3 minutess yes ,if you turn off your camera for sometimes, penalty will come, if by mistake class ended in between like 10 minutes earlier there is penalty, THERE IS NO INCENTIVE OTHER THAN SELLING THEIR COURSES BUT PENALTIES ON EVERYTHING , HUHH, this company has every characteristic like byju ,...Read More
After interview, for training they are charging Rs.1500. When the mentor completes the first phase of training and clear all mocks, they introduce company policies in which penalties are more than incentives. They want mentors to be nice to students, but they won't treat mentors in the same way. They shout at the mentors. Even though we complain, We won't get any response at all
Once you get the paid classes which is quite difficult, then things will get better and you will be paid accordingly
Dislikes
They simply apply unnecessary penalties, it is just so difficult to get the demo class, and there is no proper support from the team, they talk sweet to you but are just no more than there to exploit you and just it is not a good experience as a mentor here

The only thing I like is that there is flexibility of working hours.
Dislikes
There is a lot of penalties for mentors but none for the other departments due to which sometime feels like exploitation.

1. Give salary on time. Giving after 15th of every month is not acceptable.
2. Penalty is 500, but pay scale is only 250, are you educated enough to understand this economics.
3. No promotion. At the time of interview they will promise that if you reach minimum hrs your pay scale will revise but trust me they will give faltu reasons to not increase your salary.
4. Expecting to work 24 hrs. They will call you at any time of the day and night.
5. Over hiring.
6. No skill development, this is the worst company that ask money for upskilling. You are really dumb.
7. They think we are living in usa where electricity is up 24 hrs. Mr dumb understand we are in India sometime relieve un- necessary penalties.
8. Trust you will regret working with them. It's a trap. Remember Abdul Kalam said to be not serious with any job.
9. This company ceo is not futuristic and his company will only be left with bad brains like Byjus.
10. Try to be original don't give example of other companies. Other companies has lots of good policies why don't you copy that also.

Salary will be never on time with unwanted deduction.....these deduction will never be resolved.
Company is working on old age theory of government work culture where your problems are ignored.
Salary is not given in single amount instead they divide it in different installment.
Stop following other companies blindly. Stop taking irrelevant money from mentor in the name of training. Good companies provide free training for upskilling unlike you people who are snatching irrelevant money.
Lot of bugs in your own platform.
