Job role is not defined, there are no ways of working. Resources are not utilised well . Overall they hire people with great skill set and good experience however they ruined it by not utilising them.

Environment & culture very bad. Not supporting management & customers. The salary will show a lot but at the end of the month he will get exactly half of it. Before you apply for any post, any of your local distributors will get full details.
