When you resigned from job they are not giving your last salary and also when you are trying to contact to the company for your FnF and your last salary they not respond to your any email massages and calls. CMS IT Services is not providing last salary after leaving job. I have served my notice period and I have clean exit but they are not giving my last salary and they are not responding on calls and emails. This company is completely defaulter. They are exploit resigned employees.

...vening then Night then one day off. 2) They dont know how to manage things. 3) Salary is not given on time. Sometimes they hold the salary with reason that some cilent is not given the salary. 4) I am working at client location. Client knows that my manager will never deny for anything. So he use us for doing unnecessary works which is not listed in our contract. I am Engineer by profession and by education. I am doing work of account, billing, client relation, vendor management, Network monitoring, Server monitoring, regularly giving updated of logs via mail, etc. 5) They will not give you experience letter after the resignation. 6) FNF will never be happen

...hat type of mails i was send 25 mail regarding increment cycle but no reply. 4. this is the best thing that your joining time salary come on every 7th of the month after spending more then 4 years in this company. 5. they are using dirty politics with employees as well as clients.

Work-life balance is OK. Teammates and manager depend upon the project. My manager was a very nice person and was very straight forward. But there were few managers who were very diplomatic and used to make fake promises. If you are going there as a field engineer than I will never suggest you join that. Yeah if you are a fresher and do not have any other opportunity then you can consider this company.

Dislikes

CMS is not financially strong. Most of the engineers are underpaid and do not get salary on time. Sometimes it gets delayed by even 20-25 days. You will hardly get any appraisal even if you are an outstanding performer. HR does not respond to your queries in a satisfactory manner. There are very fewer opportunities to grow in career.

It is very experience for me .this is My first job and I have learn lot of things in cms and also have a good environment We work heppily in collaboration.

Compensation is decent ,but growth is slow .
