You can be fired at anytimes whenever chinese management decides to reduce headcount without any justification. 10. They start to count your mistakes and performance related issues only before increments and bonus. 11. Retirement company.

Overall Policies are Stringent and only changes when management wants it. 0 Support by HR infact are least intrested in emplyoees issues. Work life balance is pathetic and also nor manager support decisions. Overall it feels very sad to work here.

Notice Period is 3 months. Increments and Bonuses are not given at par as per industry standards. Senior Staff members who have given over 6 to 7 years in the company are sometimes not considered for Promotions, even when they are highly capable. Hence, the attrition rate is high.

No any proper agile methodology, still they are following excel sheet, more work pressure. Upper level management is more arrogant in pune office. Hiring is continue going on but no body joins. Micromanagement.
