Dislikes

Overall Policies are Stringent and only changes when management wants it. 0 Support by HR infact are least intrested in emplyoees issues. Work life balance is pathetic and also nor manager support decisions. Overall it feels very sad to work here.

In recent years company is facing many management changes which is shifting the open democratic culture towards more restrictive and 1 person dominant culture, upper management has started reducing hikes and bonuses, deducting employee facilities, removed hybrid policy, haven't gave promotions from last 3 years and increment cycles are not fixed. Plus the upper management usually don't answer any question these days
