...l always be in favour even if you don't perform well. They are very much biased. Salary increament was good before but now they provide increament based on rating system. If you are in favour of your manager you will always get a good rating. Rating is not based upon your performance.

Although I personally ever faced any such point of disliking but I feel there is always scope of betterment, I'm sure CK will work on that to become a Brand not only for Kolkata but also for Pan India.

Salary hike is decent office parties new workplace is very good

There is no learning of skills only integration projects are there no actual development 12 pass guy also doing this stuff after 3 months of training Long term carrer is not good here office politics is very bad If you do actual development then you realize the project quality of this company And lastly after 5 years please switch otherwise your salary not increases

Salesforce Technology is growing so this is good and salary is decent not so high not so low as per kolkata merket

...eople unable to switch another company because they have no right skill set.very few people switch other company who are study instead of company working because if you think you stay here then your career growth in learning and salary prospective is very slow and much work pressure so learn in yourself and switch the company otherwise your career is stuck.
