Job Security. If you are not interested in actual development or skill enhancement, this is the right place to be, basically you will not learn anything here. Two appraisals in a year. Advice: Just do a bit of research before joining.

Now if you have somehow reached to this review among all the overwhelmingly good reviews (genuine or fake it's up to your assesement) , spare a minute go through this one and do your research accordingly. For Freshers: If you are fresher, please do a proper research about the company and the work they do. Don't join just for money this will come back to haunt you. This is extremely disorganized and high pressure and toxic workplace where you will be working about 11-12 hours a day. But, still after such workload your overall learning will be nill. The company only works on a platform which is built over salesforce, so all you will be doing is configuration of that platform. There is almost no code involved, so on overall your learning will be zero. So, it will be pretty hard for you to switch, because the market demands actual skill which you will not gain from here. A lot of people who joined at fresher level are stuck here for the same reason, just go to linkedin and ask them. In simple words, don't just join for the package, do a proper research then decide. To be honest you guys are the actual target employees for them, even after 9+ operational years check why they are stuck at magic number of 100 head count. For Experinced folks: All the projects are integration based projects only, and most of the work is configuration only. Any dev will suffocate here. The workload is quite high, on average its about 10-11 hrs of work a day, and your manager would never hesitate to call you in odd hours as well. The workplace environment is toxic as well, they micromange a lot. They even do not have standard procedures in place, they have a very closed group of family and friends wo have distributed all the roles among themselves (like same guy is manger and hr, similarly the same guy will be your tl and will have higher management roe).
