I have had an amazing journey in the company filled with a lot of learning and self development. The company is well reputed in the industry and one you join, you get to work on projects with fintech customers where you not only gain a lot of technical knowledge but business knowledge as well. Within a few months of starting my work here, I was given the opportunity to work on projects directly with clients who are based out of US and Australia. In those, I learned a lot from my seniors in the team on how to handle a client facing role which helped me enhance my skills. The office environment is also very nice, with a lot of diverse festivals being celebrated where the company encourages art and culture through events and performances put up by the team.
