Salary comes on time. And they offer good package. At par with industry standard.
When they hire you, they think they own you. No work life balance. They dont even target work-life balance. You are expected to work beyond working hours and Saturdays.
...ortunities to collaborate with industry experts. Hard work doesn't go unnoticed. Alongside a competitive salary, they offer attractive facilities and benefits.
Management wont let you go unless you are extremely terrible or underperforming.
Dislikes
...I mean to say is not highly diverse workforce from more reputed institutions.
Don't expect good pay. Almost no company benefits. Even in sales department. For business traveling they will reimburse max of 1000 INR.
It's a large organization. Salary on time. Work-from-home is not an issue. Five days working. Diwali gifts are good. Also, you can get a good percentage of the variable part of the salary.
I won't say I dislike it, but get this - Klera, Intellicus, Clear-trail are all part of Impetus. So when you join any of the three companies, you will probably get 3-4 email ids and will have to access 3-4 portals for admin, IT, PF, etc. That's a pain and I am not sure why they create so much confusion for employees. And then, they use One Drive. Not exactly fun to use for any real work.
CEO relies on manipulated Statistics. While data shows everything as perfect, the reality on the ground is chaotic.
CEO strictly adheres to leaving on time while ensuring that everyone works tirelessly day and night.
VP is highly agitated about why employees aren't working on weekends or late nights.
Sr managers, highly incompetent, frequently intimidate others using VP's name or bring in their director to exert pressure on cross teams, Sr manager ensures that other teams are denied growth opportunities.
VP sends messages on weekends, after office hours, or before the workday begins. No respect for personal boundaries.
VP, influenced by a nearby director and Sr. Manager forms a clique that engages in office politics to benefit their own team. As a result, other cross-functional/component teams working with Sr.Manager are burdened with excessive work, face humiliation, and are unfairly labeled as underperforming.
Directors, Only a few are truly dedicated, pushing their team to work tirelessly without engaging in office politics. However, one director indulges in political maneuvers, ensuring his Sr manager and team have an easy ride while leaving others to struggle.
Sr Managers are adept at playing politics to evade work for their own team while pressuring others. All cross-functional teams face challenges due to their rude behavior and lack of responsiveness.
Sr Manager pressuring high-performing individuals from another team to leave organization through humiliating and blunt feedback. Several have departed due to this behavior.
Worklife balance and flexible timings are reserved for senior figures only.
Raising concern is discouraged and can lead to isolation ar even fabricated reasons for dismissal. Group wields influence over the VP, making it difficult to voice objections against them.
