Shift time is very bad and time full fill against lunch time extra time take its bad for employees bcuse sallery cut for extra time taken which is not full fill of month end

i dislike such a things ....which they hven't provide us....such as beacuse of individuals unique strengths....i have to back my suggestions most of the time which is related to make some drastic changes in advanced methods of the display management.....work pressure is very high..
